The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business
Billing & Pricing
All services provided must be paid at time of service. A two hour minimum is required. All hourly billing rates are billed per hour per cleaning technician. A credit card on file may be required and/or a deposit for service.
Personal Checks and All Major Credit Cards are accepted. Credit cards will be charged a 3.25% processing fee.
We kindly ask for a forty-eight (48) hour notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide. Once an appointment is scheduled it is exclusively and respectfully yours. If a client fails to give forty-eight (48) hour notice on more than one (1) occasion, OR we are unable to access the property OR turned away at the door, you may be charged up to 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate.
We strive to do the very best to meet every clients expectations. As cleaning is a human provided service sometimes we may need to make adjustments as we get to know our customers needs. If you are unhappy in any way with the service provided, you must notify our business within 24 hours of service date. Refunds are not given for services provided, however we are happy to reschedule the time needed to come back and make certain we correct the area(s) of concern at no additional charge!
